MCN Property Group and Land Capital Developments are private, Melbourne based, vibrant diversified architecture, development and investment companies.

MCN Property Group has now incorporated a new company Land Capital Developments, which will specialize in future broad acre land acquisitions and inner city development opportunities. 

We are currently involved in a wide variety of development projects, with each new project we challenge ourselves to create an exciting,  timeless and functional outcome.

Due to our companies growth over the  past 3 years, we have now sourced projects interstate, in particular further expanding into the Gold Coast, with further significant future projects with local and overseas investment partners being sourced and negotiated for further development.

Our core business focus is the design, development and project management of Shopping Centres, Mixed use, ( apartments and retail )  Childcare Centres, Medical Centres, Commercial and Sub-divisional broad acre developments, we strive to increase project productivity and the implementation of cost saving initiatives, MCN Property Group and Land Capital Developments will ensure all objectives are met on time and on budget from concept designs, documentation, project management and project delivery.
